Church towers in Europe, sleigh bells on a horse & sleigh, Salvation Army ringers.  Bells are designed to  grab your attention.

Our bell players at Shepherd of the Hills grab your attention with a variety of bell techniques.  Our most recent discovery is “singing bells”.  We use a  wooden dowel to make the edge of the hand bell “sing”.  Very ethereal sound!

The Handbell Choir meets on Wednesday evenings at 6pm.  We play during Sunday morning worship services.  During rehearsals we let loose for an hour of ringing and camaraderie.

“The bells will be heard when he enters the holy place and comes into the presence of God.”   Exodus 28:35
